Intern / Student
13 € per hour

Intro

At Vaigo we build software that helps large companies manage complex mobility policies for thousands of employees. Our platform automates mobility administration for HR teams and enables companies to implement sustainable mobility at scale.

Because our customers rely on the platform for daily operations, platform reliability and accuracy are critical.

We are looking for a highly analytical Master student in Computer Engineering who enjoys investigating technical problems and fixing issues in a structured way.

This is not a typical student job. We are looking for someone who can work independently, think like an engineer and use AI tools to solve problems faster.

Your role

You will support the platform operations and engineering team in keeping the Vaigo platform running smoothly for our customers.

Your work will focus on investigating issues, analysing platform behaviour and implementing small fixes or improvements.

Typical work includes:

  • Investigating and resolving small platform issues reported by customers

  • Performing root cause analysis of unexpected platform behaviour

  • Testing platform functionality and validating new releases

  • Creating reports and analyses based on platform data

  • Supporting L2 operational work for our SaaS platform

  • Writing small scripts or fixes where needed

  • Using AI coding tools and agents to accelerate debugging and problem solving

You will work highly independently and will be expected to quickly understand platform logic and technical systems.

Requirements:

This is what you can expect from us

At Vaigo you will work in a fast-growing European SaaS company with real customers and real platform complexity.

What you can expect:

  • Hands-on experience working on a production SaaS platform

  • The opportunity to work with modern AI coding workflows

  • High level of autonomy and responsibility

  • Flexible working hours around exam periods
