Our platform simplifies mobility policy management, promotes sustainability, and empowers employees with the tools they need to move smarter. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success & Growth Manager who can blend the strategic mindset of an Account Executive with the proactive care of a Success Manager. You’ll be the key to turning our enterprise customers into long-term partners and advocates — and you’ll also help us grow by identifying and engaging new opportunities in the market.

Your role
This role is a perfect blend of customer success and business development. You will manage relationships with some of our largest enterprise customers — ensuring their ongoing success with Vaigo — while also helping us grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

You will:
    •    Act as the trusted advisor to enterprise customers — understanding their mobility challenges, policies, and organizational goals.
    •    Monitor service quality (SLA KPIs), coordinate escalations, and proactively improve the customer experience.
    •    Drive adoption of the Vaigo platform, ensuring customers unlock more value over time.
    •    Lead regular check-ins with key stakeholders to discuss usage, challenges, and opportunities.
    •    Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into feature requests or service improvements.
    •    Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and guide them through succesfull implementation.
    •    Engage with prospective customers to uncover new business opportunities, advise on their mobility strategy, and showcase the value of Vaigo’s platform.
    •    Handle financial follow-up with clients (invoicing, one-time costs) and support contract renewals.
    •    Manage technical, strategic, and product-related conversations that build trust and long-term value.
    •    Represent the voice of the customer in internal conversations and continuously improve our offering.

  • A big appetite for AI – you actively explore how it can boost your daily workflow, productivity, and customer impact.
  • A Master’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally working with enterprise customers.
  • A passion for sustainable mobility, technology, and SaaS — you’re excited to be part of a mission-driven scale-up.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – you take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. (with good knowledge on French) or Fluency in French and English. (with good knowledge of Dutch)
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset — you’re always one step ahead.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills – you’re comfortable closing complex deals and navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • A willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn fast.
  • A collaborative spirit — you enjoy working with others, welcome feedback, and share your wins and learnings.
